James Dwight Williamson says:
In Ellen’s case if you’ve been doing this for 18 years, have given away millions of dollars, even if it is other people’s money and you have disgruntled former and current employees. What does one do! Start by telling former employees they don’t get a vote, tell current unhappy employees you’ll be glad to give a severance package. Ellen badly wants to quit and do other things. She just wants to leave in a positive way! It’s named the Ellen Show for a reason!
