VERNON BUXTON says:
Just to thank you most warmly, Greg, for all the incredibly hard work you’ve put into your site all year to keep it fresh and interesting. Watching the progression of homosexual lifestyles has been fascinating, given that I was one of those gays born in the ‘difficult decade’, the 1940s, when homosexuality was illegal and certainly the recipient of endless prejudice. We paid one hell of a price, we really did, but in the end our libidos won out and we did ‘what we gotta’to survive. I had a 30-year-long relationship, which I classify as the defining achievement of my life. I’m so glad gay people can now marry and have kids. I can’t now die content. Keep up the good work, Greg, and many thanks again from an appreciative Vernon (76) in Johannesburg.
