I hope Elton does not bow to the pressure. To de-gay Elton John in his own biopic seems ludicrous. Kids these days aren’t freaked out by gay people being intimate. It’s just part of life.
Hope this is a better bio pic than ‘Rhapsody’ that had a lot of inaccuracies.

I have watched Call Me By Your Name several times and enjoyed it just as much as the first. You pick up new details each time which just adds to the flavor of such a beautiful love story. I understand they had over 4 hours of filming which they edited down to approx. 132 minutes (2.2 hrs). I wish Lucas would revisit the editing and add an additional hour of filming and repackage the original cut version as an “extended version” which I would be willing to purchase. I know they have their reasons for editing, but I just cannot get enough of this film………
