Lee Daniels–I have actually written a news program to inform them they have to light the Black reporter differently…She always looked like she was in the dark…The rest of the white folks looked fine…They course corrected after a week…It was like someone turned on the light switch…If you want an example of who is lighted the best in news, switch over to MSNBC and watch Joy Reid’s show-The Reid Out-perfectly lit…And of course, Oprah was always in the best of light…I heard an old-time actress once said she knows if she is lit well just by the heat generated…
