Morning Man Encore: Colin Donnell!

Originally posted Dec. 26, 2011
With romantic leading roles in national tours of Mamma Mia! and Wicked and smaller projects like the Encores! production of Follies and the world premiere of Edward Albee’s Me, Myself and I, Colin Donnell has made a point of mixing things up.
He made his Broadway debut as a replacement in Jersey Boys before landing his first Broadway lead in Anything Goes as Billy Crocker opposite Tony winner Sutton Foster.
Colin also had a role in the ABC series Pan Am.

Daniel says:
He was also Tommy Merlin on ARROW. Easy to miss him when most scenes involved Stephen Amell working out shirtless. 🙂
Gaspar Marino says:
I think he’s very good too.

Great posting! Never knew Colin came from a musical theater background. Too bad there wasn’t a duet between best buds, Tommy and Oliver singing ‘Somewhere’ before he died…it would’ve been epic!
