Morning Man Classic Encore: Robert Conrad!
Originally posted on Dec 23, 2009
It’s the darnedest thing.
The search for photos of a young Robert Conrad resulted in mostly shirtless pics of this studly television star.
Oh well. I guess we’ll just have to go with them!
Conrad was quite the beefcake when he starred in the hit shows Hawaiian Eye and Wild, Wild West in the 1960s. By the 70s, he had developed a tough guy persona that he exploited in a series of popular commercials for Everready Batteries. He also starred in the hit show Black Sheep Squadron in the mid-70s and was the leader of the NBC team in the then-popular Battle of the Network Stars competitions.
Now 79, Conrad hosts a weekly radio show and a few years back, ran for the presidency of the Screen Actors Guild but lost.

Sexy, HOT gifts comes in small packages!

Now that is a a REAL MAN woof!
Stuart says:
He was my first celebrity crush even before I knew what a crush was. He’s got the most incredibly fit body and packs a lot into that small frame. Tom Selleck runs a close second but “Jim West” will always come out on top. (Although the though of him as a bottom just sends chills!)

Though I can’t stand his politics, I do fondly remember reruns of WWW running on a local tv station when I was growing up. What a tight little bod he had and I love that back then it wasn’t shameful to have a bit of chest hair! (Does anyone else think that Kirstie Alley resembles him in a few of the above photos? Never noticed that before.)

Robert Conrad was my first tv star crush when he starred in Hawaiian Eye and later in Wild Wild West. Extraordinarily handsome, even though quite short.
Tim says:
Even before I liked dudes, I like him
Charlie says:
Major hotty! Doesn’t he have a gay son?
Joey says:
He sure is a real man! At the time he was starring in the “Wild, Wild West,” I knew, as a young kid, I had an attraction to him. It was then I knew I was not like the other boys on my block. I didn’t know what it meant or why I had this attraction to Robert Conrad…But I know now!
He was (and probably still is) a Sexy Hunk from the Isle of Man!
