Morning Man Classic: Burt Reynolds!

Burt Reynolds, king of the box office in the 70s, was born 84 years ago today.
During his hey-day in the 70s and early 80s when he starred in a string of popular movies including Smokey and the Bandit, Hooper, The End, The Cannonball Run, Semi-Tough, The Longest Yard and scored in acclaimed dramas like Deliverance and Starting Over, there was no bigger star in the world – and none sexier!
His lone Academy Award nomination came for Boogie Nights, a performance that won him the Golden Globe. He had also won an Emmy Award during his four-year run in the CBS series Evening Shade. He had gotten his start on TV’s Gunsmoke and starred in the TV dramas Dan August and Hawk.
Burt died in 2018 but he most certainly has not been forgotten!
