Morning Man Classic: Barry Williams!

I always envied Greg Brady because he had his own room in the attic during season 5 of The Brady Bunch and I thought it just seemed like paradise.

I have three brothers and didn’t get my own room until the summer before I left for college! And I didn’t have Alice around to pick up my dirty clothes!

Anyway, hunky Greg was played by Barry Williams who was so dreamy.

Barry, who turns 66 today, was one of the more talented Brady kids and has never stopped working in showbiz. In addition to scores of TV guest spots, he’s toured with productions such as Grease, The Sound of Music, and West Side Story and in 1988 appeared on Broadway in the musical Romance/Romance.

He currently hosts the satellite radio trivia show, The Real Greg Brady’s Totally ’70s Pop Quiz starring Barry Williams, broadcast Saturdays on Sirius Satellite Radio’s “Totally ’70s” channel. He also joined with the other Brady Bunch children in the successful television series A Very Brady Renovation on HGTV which ignited, once again, the enduring popularity of the franchise.

Barry has starred in a show at the Yakov Smirnoff theater in Branson, Missouri where he now lives. The musical variety show that showcases his singing and clips, videos, and stories from his time on The Brady Bunch, The Brady Bunch Variety Hour, A Very Brady Christmas and The Bradys. He also tours with the musical group Barry Williams and the Traveliers.
