Michaels, an actress best known for her role on the series Popular, filed court papers in Los Angeles on Friday to try and stop the Etheridge. She is most concerned with the 6 year olds being exposed to topless groupies and marijuana, according to TMZ.com.

Michaels requested an emergency hearing because the concert tour begins this month. But that request was denied and a hearing has been scheduled for August.

In the court documents, Michaels claims ‘many female fans remove their shirts and bras and throw them on stage.’ She also states that when Etheridge performs ‘there is use of marijuana on the tour bus and in the dressing rooms.’

She also states that she is worried the kids have not been vaccinated for travel.

The former couple split in 2010 and since then, there have been very public battles over the raising of the children and financial support.
