Matt Bomer to guest star on Glee!
If there was any doubt that Matt Bomer has become a huge star, this should confirm it: he’s close to signing on for a guest shot on Glee!
TVLine reports exclusively that the oh-so handsome Bomer will play the older brother of the oh-so handsome Blaine (played by Darren Criss).
And yes, Bomer will sing! He’s got some great pipes which he showed to the world at the 2010 Kennedy Center Honors as part of a tribute to Jerry Herman (see video below).
“That as an amazing experience to get to be a part of,” he told Greg In Hollywood last year. “To get to honor Jerry Herman was really amazing. I had worked with the director 10 years ago which was probably the last time I had sung on a stage and he remembered me and asked me to be a part of it. I thought it would be unpatriotic to say no.”
Matt also sang in an episode of White Collar last season with the great Diahann Carroll. See them sing in the second clip and Matt talks about that experience.

He is about the only one who can give Hugh Jackman a run for his money. (I love Hugh too!)

Hugh Jackman is such a super star that nobody can outshine him. However, I’m certain that NPH is going to have to work harder to outshine his competition, Matt.
