During Johnny Carson’s final months as host of The Tonight Show in 1992, I videotaped a lot of the shows because he had all kinds of fantastic guests who wanted one last visit with the best late night host – ever. Elizabeth Taylor, who was just about to turn 60, made her first and only appearance on the program.
