Lunch Break Video: A red-hot comeback queen Tina Turner at the 1985 Grammys

I love this performance of What’s Love Got to Do With It by Tina Turner who had struggled to launch a solo career after dumping abusive husband Ike Turner. With that awesome wacky hair, that red miniskirt and high heels, as she makes her way down that huge staircase, she solidifies her superstar status which continues to this day.

On that Grammy show, Tina won Record of the Year,  Song of the year, and Best pop female vocal performance.
