Lunch Break Video: Tina Fey revives Sarah Palin parody to talk gay marriage: “The Bible says it’s gross”

What makes this video especially funny – and scary – is that you can actually envision Sarah Palin saying some of this stuff!

Let’s face it, the former governor of Alaska and 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee (did that really happen?) has not been an impressive public figure in recent years.

So I rather enjoyed Tina Fey’s recent reviving of her Palin parody on Inside the Actors Studio recently.

As Palin, took on the issue of gay marriage.

‘Well, the bible says it’s gross,’ she tells host James Lipton.

‘I don’t judge it,’ she added. ‘A lot of the amazing, wonderful people I met at the audience at Dancing With the Stars seemed to go that way.’

When pressed more by Lipton on the topic of gay marriage, Fey’s Palin says: ‘Marriage is meant for people who wear different kinds of swimsuits.’
