Lunch Break Video: Madonna, Roseanne (and Streisand!) guest on Linda Richman’s “Coffee Talk”

God this is funny.

My friend John and I watched it so many times in the early 90s that we had the whole thing memorized. Strangely, we both gravitated toward Madonna’s lines – if only she could have been this good in some of her movies!

The ladies are just verklempt that Barbra Streisand did not get a best director Oscar nomination for Prince of Tides which got seven other nods including best picture.

“I’m sorry but I get a little choked up,” Madonna’s character says of the Oscar snub. “…I’m verklempt. … Barbra looked so beautiful in the movie, did you see her nails? They’re like buttah.”
