Lunch Break Video: Celebrating “Glee” star Chris Colfer’s 23rd birthday with a trio of songs
The talented Chris Colfer turns 23 today.
He’s accomplished so much in his short career.
Aside from portraying Kurt on Glee for four seasons, he wrote and starred in the wonderful feature film Struck By Lightening and his children’s book The Wishing Spell (The Land of Stories) was a New York Times best seller.

Stephanie Strain says:
Thank you for this; it’s great to see my favorite performer highlighted on his birthday. Especially since you featured some of my favorite duets (though there are so many…”For Good” one of my favorites). Solos…well, so many: Being Alive, As If We Never Said Goodbye, Blackbird, Bring Him Home, Le Jazz Hot..
A couple of additional (important) accomplishments: Golden Globe winner, Time’s 100 Most Influential People, and some nice industry nominations and popular nominations. I’m biased, but I do think Colfer and Glee have merited nominations in the past couple of years, as well. Season 4 as a whole was rough and fragmented, but there were several truly excellent episodes, on an artistic and performance basis.
At any rate, thank you 😉
Sandra says:
Being Alive is my favorite Kurt solo.

Great songs. Happy Birthday, Chris!
Abril says:
Ooooh Not the Boy Next Door is one of my favorite performances of Chris. Just a little bit above it are Bieng Alive, As if We Never Say Goodbye and Rose’s Turn. All the best wishes to Chris to keep on doing amazingly on every venture he takes (specially acting *_*)
Leslie says:
Such an angelic, haunting voice. Beautiful person inside and out. All the best to him on his 23rd bday!
