Lunch Break Video: A young Leonardo DiCaprio seduces fellow poet in “Total Eclipse”
For anyone who thinks the only thing Leonardo DiCaprio did before Titanic was Growing Pains, get a load of this!
It’s the 1995 film Total Eclipse released between Leo’s triumphs in Titanic and What’s Eating Gilbert Grape.
It is a drama based on letters and poems and presents a historically accurate account of the passionate and violent relationship between the two 19th century French poets Paul Verlaine (played by David Thewlis) and Arthur Rimbaud (DiCaprio). Verlaine is married with a pregnant wife but is seduced by the 16-year-old Rimbaud, attracted to him not omly physically, but also to the unique originality of his mind.
Below is a scene where the two plans to go away together and their kiss is actually believable!

lol, Leo rules in his latest movie. I think Inception is awesome! It’s such a mind bending movie that I think it killed the chances for me to enjoy any other movie!
