Lucille Ball was born 104 years ago today – a tribute
It was 104 years ago today that the comic genius Lucille Désirée Ball was born.
She was only here on earth for 77 years but her legacy of laughter lives on through all those wonderful moments from I Love Lucy.
I Love Lucy, The Lucy Show and Here’s Lucy were always bonding moments for my family growing up and they continue to be as my young nieces and nephews love to watch the DVDs when we’re together.
It doesn’t matter how many times we’ve seen the episodes of I Love Lucy, we still laugh and feel relaxed and happy.
There’s no other way to explain it except that it is simply magic.

I can’t think of any celebrity that is more beloved by all. It’s amazing that kids today, born years after Lucy’s passing, still love her too!
