I was reminded about this in my own life this week. Going it alone is so very seductive and yes self reliance is important. But we need each other. Right now we are reminded how much we are all connected. That should definitely be one of the lessons we take from.this moment. I so want to do it all on my own. I often isolate and many of us are isolating and self quarantining now. But I just got off the phone with a few of my girls. We may not be together right now but we are here for each other. Shout out to my COTS, the women who hold me up. Can we all invite in the energy of love, connection, health, healing and safety into our beings right now. Let that energy permeate our souls and nervous systems expanding our resilience in this moment and give that to each other. … #quarantine #isolation #connection #belonging #love
