Okay, I’m busted.

I’m not sure I’d be as keen to post this video by Olympic diver Tom Daley if I didn’t like this photo from it so much.

Isn’t he adorable?

Anyway, Tom talks all about sleep in this latest in a series of videos he’s been doing lately about having a healthy lifestyle.

He’s just so cute and charming and in this video he talks about the importance of sleep.
