Late Night Video: See Elton John fall out of a chair

All poor Elton John wanted to do was congratulate Martina Hingis and John McEnroe for their stellar play during the WTT Smash Hits event in London on Sunday.

The singer got out of his courtside chair to greet the player and when he returned to sit down, he fell backward in the chair all the way to the ground.

Oops.

Elton did not appear to be injured and video of the mishap at Royal Albert Hall has gone viral.

He was quickly helped to his feet by McEnroe.

It was still a good night for the pop icon, however. The tennis event raised more than $1 million for the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
