Kellan Lutz shows his softer side in PETA ad
Twilight stud Kellan Lutz has caused quite a sensation with his new Calvin Klein ads.
But the actor who plays vampire Emmett Cullen in the popular film franchise, is showing his softer side in a very different kind of ad.
He can be seen here hugging a rescued mixed-breed dog named Kola in an ad he did for animal rights group PETA to promote the message of adopting dogs rather than buying them.
“I love mutts!” Lutz says in an interview with PETA. “If anything, I think mutts stay the healthiest. … There are surprisingly so many animals, so many animals in these animal shelters,” he says, adding, “It’s sad, and knowing that they get euthanized … and there’s a lot you can do … spay or neuter your pets so that doesn’t happen.”
