Kathy Griffin wouldn’t save lives of former friend Anderson Cooper or “talentless piece of sh*t” Andy Cohen

Howard Stern had Kathy Griffin on his radio show this week and asked her this question: “If you had to save Anderson Cooper‘s life, or Andy Cohen‘s life, who do you choose at this point?”

Kathy’s answer: “I would let them both die.”

The comic was chatting withStern to promote her comeback on the new comedy The President Show. Griffin dished on her feud with Donald Trump & family, Fox News and the Department of Justice after publishing a picture of herself holding a Trump mask smeared with ketchup.

In the wake of her Trump gag, Griffin found herself banned from network CNN, where she hosted New Year’s Eve coverage for a decade alongside her former bestie Cooper. It marked the end of their friendship.

[The friendship] was closer the first five years, then I think he’s the type of guy who’s into shiny objects, so later on he wasn’t as into it.”
“I was in love with him as a friend. Like, I loved him as a friend,” said Griffin.

Griffin claims Cooper sent her an insensitive text following the Trump photo incident, attacking her for not contacting him. Since then, Griffin says that Cohen and Cooper have made jokes at her expense. She then referred to Cohen as a “talent less piece of sh!t,”and that his “ambition exceed his talents.”

    Gaspar Marino says:

Kathy Griffin is a vile and nasty individual. You professed to be friends and then you go and make a mistake and then turn on the very people who made your career. The talentless one here is Miss Griffin.

  2. I think Kathy has overstayed her fifteen minutes. Her core audience are gay. Ticking them off isn’t the way to endear them.

    Jim Steele says:

Kathy is right. You don’t turn your back on a friend.

  4. I would tune in to hottie Andy’s cable show anytime, any day than waste my precious time on Ms. Griffin’s non-humorous razor-mouthed word salad performances.

I agree with Kathy. I wouldn’t piss on them if they were on fire.

Charlie, I’m gay and I love her. She isn’t ticking me off.

  6. You know, this kind of thing isn’t really helpful to Kathy’s career. We all make choices, and those choices affect the people in our lives. She took a really big risk and in the end she paid the price for it. I did lose respect for Anderson Cooper. I think he should have been there for her. I wish Kathy would just move on, be classy, let those old friendships go, and get on with her career.

Bravo Kathy! I listened to the entire interview- Howard pressed her into saving at least one of them- she grudgingly said Cooper. She’s TOTALLY right about Cohen- not an ounce of talent ANYWHERE in his body!

  8. Hmm.. This is a tough one but I’ve gotta say I tend to agree with Kathy. I think both Anderson and Andy come across as pretty shallow to me. Andy is a hottie but doesn’t seem very loyal, or talented.

  9. Three no talents. A boat with a leak and I doubt any would know what to do.

  10. i wouldn’t save them either…….
