We know that Kathy Griffin and Anderson Cooper are BFFs who have a whole lot of fun each New Year’s Eve co-hosting CNN’s coverage of the festivities at Times Square. And each year, Griffin’s frequent joke target Ryan Seacrest is not far away anchoring ABC’s New Year’s Rockin Eve.
