Kathy Griffin, Jane Lynch, Christopher Gorham and other famous faces in the NOH8 campaign
The NO H8 Campaign is a photo project and silent protest created by celebrity photographer Adam Bouska (http://www.bouska.net) and partner Jeff Parshley in direct response to the passage of Proposition 8.
The campaign started with portraits of everyday Californians who support Marriage Equality and soon rose to celebrities, military personnel, brothers and sisters, law enforcement, lesbian mothers, directors, politicians, newlyweds, and more. Photos feature subjects with duct tape over their mouths symbolizing their voices not being heard and “NO H8” painted on one cheek in protest.
Here is a gallery some of the celebs who have participated including: Two-time Emmy-winning DLister Kathy Griffin, Glee star Jane Lynch, Christopher Gorham, Lisa Ling, Brandon Beemer (nice biceps!), Maggie Griffin (and her wine in a box!), Lt. Dan Choi, Michael Muhney, Fran Drescher, Ryan Berry, Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz, Emmy winner Michael Emerson, Kim Kardashian, David Yost, Perez Hilton, Lucas Grubeel, Isaiah Washington, Cindy McCain and Emily Rossum.
