Kathy Griffin announces she has lung cancer, was suicidal and is in recovery for pill addiction

Kathy Griffin saw her career stalled due to a silly Donald Trump photo and in an interview with ABC News, she shares that the fallout made her suicidal. She had already been dealing with an addiction to various prescription drugs.

Then, just as she’s gotten back on track, she’s been diagnosed with lung cancer. She talks to ABC News about it all and posted on social media earlier today.
