Jonathan Groff set to return to “Glee”
If Glee had not added the sensational Darren Criss and the hot and pouty Chord Overstreet to its cast this season, I might have missed Jonathan Groff more.
That said, I’m so glad to have read in Entertainment Weekly that the talented (and very cute!) Tony-nominated actor will return to the show for the final three episodes of season 2.
EW reports that Groff’s character of Jesse St. James returns to apologize to Rachel (Lea Michele) — perhaps with the intention of getting her back. In the end, he was cruel to her in season one so it will be good for the character to redeem himself.
I’m always rooting for talented young performers to do well and when they have the courage to be openly gay as Jonathan is, it makes me root for him even harder.
