Johnny Weir faces a judge after biting hubby
Two days after talking fashion at the Academy Awards in Los Angeles, Johnny Weir was in a New Jersey courtroom facing a judge.
The reason?
Husband Victor Voronov had filed a police report accusing Weir of biting him during a domestic dispute last summer.
The couple, who married in December 2011, appeared in Lyndhurst Municipal Court and asked a judge to dismiss the case, according to RadarOnline.
The judge agreed to dismiss.
Johnny said on his way out of the courthouse: ‘It is a private matter I do not wish to discuss.’
Johnny has remained active on Twitter this week but did not mention the court appearance. In a tweet on the same day as the court appearance he wrote: ‘It’s so nice to be home, if only for a week. Amazing dinner with @Vweirvoronov.’
On the same day Voronov tweeted: ‘Life back to normal pace at least for today.’
