Joel Kim Booster, the writer and star of the new film, Fire Island, made his first visit to The Late Show last night and explained to Stephen Colbert what makes a small patch of land off New York’s Long Island such a special place for LGBTQ people. Fire Island is streaming now on Hulu and I highly recommend it. What an enjoyable movie and what a wonderful new star Booster is – talented, attractive and charming.
