Jane Lynch’s “Glee” character of Sue Sylvester is being immortablized in wax at Madame Tussauds
If you have not paid a visit to Madame Tussauds in Hollywood, I highly recommend it.
The place is a blast! Take a camera and have fun posing with the shockingly life-life figures of the stars. There are even some costumes you can put on. I’m wearing a cowboy hat in my photo with Paul Newman and Robert Redford as Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid and a headscarf next to Peter O’Toole in Lawrence of Arabia.
What to wear in a photo with Sue Sylvester (aka Jane Lynch)?
That’s right, the cheerleading coach from hell is getting her own wax figure at Madame Tussauds in Hollywood.
Miss Lynch was measured for the figure recently and tells Entertainment Tonight: “I hope we capture the inner Sue, but you know what, the inner Sue is the inner Jane Lynch as well. I mean, there’s a little mean girl in me, it’s a part of me that I use for Sue Sylvester, so I probably couldn’t act it if I didn’t have it in me.”
The actress added that being immortalized in wax is “almost freaky and the great thing about it is that when I die, my nieces and nephews can come see me, and re-visit me.”
Jane’s wax figure will be unveiled on August 4. She is being honored tomorrow night at the 2010 Outfest film festival.

Madame Tussauds is a must if you visit London, just make sure to bring your camera and dont visit it during the weekend. Then the lines to go in are so long that it feels like forever.
