Jane Lynch wins the Emmy for “Glee”!
Oh my God, did not expect to feel such unmitigated GLEE when I heard Jane Lynch’s name announced as the winner of the Emmy for outstanding supporting actress in a comedy series.
Yup, Glee’s Sue Sylvester is an Emmy winner!
“This is outlaaaadish,” Jane said as she took the stage to accept her trophy.
She thanked her parents “for being so unintentionally hilarious!” She went on to say how much she loves being an actor and being part of an ensemble.
“I am an actor. I have no other choice or marketable skills,” she said.
Jane also thanked her “lord and creator Ryan Murphy for creating role of a lifetime.”
The newlywed also thanked “my wife Laura and our little girl Hayden!”
