Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin pay a visit to ‘The Today Show’ to promote season 2 of ‘Grace & Frankie’

The Netflix series Grace and Frankie is now in its second season and has been picked up for season three. Stars Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin have a hit on their hands more than 35 years since they starred together (with Dolly Parton, of course) in 9 to 5. They were recently on The Today Show and talked about their love their respective title roles as the characters move further into the dating world and Jane gets to make out with Sam Elliott. Says Jane of their characters: ‘We could play who we are – old ladies that survive and thrive.’
