James Van Der Beek poses for NOH8 Campaign!
James Van Der Beek just seems cooler to me all the time.
First of all, the former Dawson’s Creek star is getting rave reviews for his performance as a fictional version of himself on the ABC sitcom Don’t Trust the B—- in Apt. 23.
Now he has posed for the NOH8 Campaign, photographer Adam Bouska’s high-profile gallery of silent protests from more than 13,000 people that began the weeks following California’s passage of Proposition 8.
The campaign has already attracted such celebrities as Kathy Griffin, Jane Lynch, Miley Cyrus and former CNN talk show host Larry King as well as Cindy McCain, wife of staunchly conservative Sen. John McCain.
Van Der Beek made his position for gay marriage and against discrimination clear in tweets he posted on Twitter last month: If you say you love this country for its freedoms, but want to deny gays the same freedoms you enjoy, you sound like a hypocrite. … And – just to clarify – “freedom”is having the right to live as you choose. It’s not the right to choose how everyone else lives.

I totally concur with James. Some topics are superfluous to keep arguing, it would be convenient if each person took care of his own life…

James what you have done for people just by this picture alone… I am sure puts a lot of hope into so many deserving hearts. Keep it up. Just keep being you and you will make it so much farther in life.
