Jack Falahee dishes on those Connor sex scenes on “How to Get Away With Murder”
The character of Connor Walsh on ABC’s How to Get Away With Murder is just horny like everyone else.
And the hit legal drama has not shied away from giving equal time to his man-on-man sex scenes.
‘I think that all of the sex scenes in the show are plot driven and/or character based,’ Jack Falahee, the actor who plays Connor tells Attitude.
‘Connor is at times driven by his sexual appetite, like many people in this world. He just happens to be gay.’
Falahee, 25, says he is not concerned about being typecast by playing such a high-profile gay role.
‘I really didn’t think twice about playing a character that is gay,’ he says. ‘I was just excited to audition because [the show’s creator] Pete Nowalk wrote a compelling, smart, and engaging pilot with real, multi-faceted characters.’
So what similarities are there between Connor and Jack?
‘We both care about how we’re perceived by our peers and superiors.,’ Falahee says. ‘We both are terrible under pressure. I think that Connor has boatloads more confidence than I do and I envy him for that.
‘And he definitely dresses better than I do!’
