“I Love Lucy” Friday: When Lucy tried to hide new furniture she bought without Ricky’s knowledge

Lucy buys new furniture but doesn’t want Ricky to know just yet.

She hides it in the kitchen and serves dinner in the living room. Of course, her plans completely falls apart.

My favorite line from this episode comes when Ricky asks a winded Lucy fr0m some butter for his bread.

Lucy: “Butter on bread? I’ll never get used to your strange Cuban dishes.”
