How personal will Anderson Cooper get on daytime?
Anderson Cooper may make OUT Magazine’s Power 100 list each year, but the CNN anchor and 60 Minutes contributor has never publicly confirmed or denied being gay.
In a profile in Entertainment Weekly, Anderson was asked if he’ll discuss his personal life on his new daytime talk show which debuts Sept. 12: .”My job has been reporting for so long. I have a nightly newscast. I’m not interested in who reporters are seeing. The less I know about reporters, the better, from my perspective as a viewer. I’m not interested in their personal lives. But I understand people are, and, you know, we’ll see.”
