Hey Brad Takei! Who are you wearing?

It was great, as always, to see George and Brad Takei at Saturday night’s Los Angeles LGBT Center’s 45th Anniversary Gala where they were honored with the International Vanguard Award.

I shared a funny moment with Brad on the red carpet just as interviews were wrapping up and we were all about to enter the ballroom for dinner.

He walked back up to me and lamented that no one had asked him who he and George were wearing!

‘I’m giving you an exclusive,’ he said, smiling. ‘I’m wearing Hawaiian designer Anne Namba.’

Brad added: ‘I practiced that line at home and nobody asked me – that’s why I had to tell you.’

So, in honor or the late, great Joan Rivers, this is my report on Brad Takei’s fashion!
