Happy birthday to Christian Bale!

I know he became best known as Bruce Wayne/Batman but let’s not forget something really important: the beautiful Christian Bale really looks best out of a batsuit.

The gifted actor who has been a star since childhood (Empire of the Sun, Newsies) and has wowed us in a wide range of adult roles including Velvet Goldmine, American Hustle, Metroland, 3:10 to Yuma , Rescue Dawn and especially American Psycho. He won the Oscar for The Fighter and is nominated again this year for The Big Short.

He turns 42 years old today.
