My birthday angel! My love for you in the past 23 years has done nothing but grow daily. Watching you blossom into a world renown superstar has been the biggest ride of all. I am so proud of everything you do, but mostly who you ARE. You are a beacon of light to so many of us and we are the lucky ones to have you leading the way. HAPPY BIRTHDAY @rupaulofficial and I will ALWAYS be your ride or die BITCH.

    Love him or hate him as some do, he’s done an awful lot for our community and visibility. Being unapologetically himself (herself in the case of the Monster) brought huge things for us at just the right time. And thanks to the B52s for making him well known to the public. I’m sure he’d have done it anyway, but that was surely a big break.
