Happy 36th Birthday to Randy Harrison!
It’s been seven years since Randy Harrison last played gay teen Justin Taylor on the US version of the Queer as Folk series.
So believe it or not, the cute teen who won the heart of Brian Kinney (Gale Harold) turns 36 today!
But we remember him best as that teen because Randy has focused on stage roles mostly since the end of the series which ran on Showtime from 2000 to 2005.
His off-Broadway credits that include last year’s SILENCE! The Musical, A Letter from Ethel Kennedy, Edward the Second, An Oak Tree, Antony and Cleopatra and The Singing Forest.
He has also appeared in regional productions of The Glass Menagerie, Equus, Amadeus, Waiting for Godot, Mrs. Warren’s Profession, Wicked, The Who’s Tommy, Twelfth Night and A Midsummer’s Nights Dream.
But Randy has a starring role in the upcoming feature film Such Good People opposite Michael Urie that I am really looking forward to seeing!
