Happy 24th Birthday to Chandler Massey!
They grow up so fast.
I still remember having lunch with Chandler Massey a little more than four years ago and being so impressed with his impeccable manners and intelligence.
We saw that on display this past June when, inexplicably, a scene with his successor as Will Horton on Days of Our Lives was shown at the Daytime Emmys when his name was announced as a nominee.
It’s never been fully explained what exactly happened there but if it was done on purpose, as some have suggested, Chandler certainly had the last laugh by winning the Emmy for the third year in a row.
He handled the moment beautifully when he reached the stage, was presented with his Emmy and said: “Did you see my clip reel? That was awesome!”
Chandler left the show to resume his studies at UCLA. Hopefully he will resume acting at some point because he’s a major talent who, I am sure, has a long career ahead of him if that’s what he wants.
