Gwissues: Chi Chi LaRue opens up to Howard Bragman about recent suicides of gay porn stars
On this week’s episode of Gwissues, host Howard Bragman spends time with one of the most recognizable names and faces in the adult film industry: Chi Chi LaRue.
As an adult entertainer, producer, director and drag queen, LaRue discusses with Howard the recent suicides of adored gay-porn stars Arpad Miklos, Wilfred Knight and Roman Ragazzi.
“The porn industry does not create the demons,” LaRue says. “The demons are already there. … It may be one more symptom to add to that.”
Chi Chi opens up and explains to Howard how these deaths will change the industry; as well as, how viewers and consumers can help support their favorite adult film stars.

I enjoyed the interview with Chi Chi. He looks so good since he lost weight. (I wish I knew his secret)I was sad to hear that Josh Weston had died. He was a favourite of mine. I sometimes believe we put some stars (not only porn) on a pedestal that the can’t help but fall from.

You are very accurate, Ed Meller. The people on the pedestal never stop but being just like everyone else, just a human being. When they forget that, the situation can become unbearable unless the individual is very, very, careful.
