Greg Louganis talks about making a “Splash”

One of the great heroes in my life is Greg Louganis.

He accomplished so much as an Olympic athlete winning two gold medals at the 1984 Summer Games, two gold medals at the 1988 Summer Games, and a silver medal at the 1976 Summer Games when he was just a 16 year old high schooler.

But even more impressive has been his post-Olympic life during which he has shared his story with the world. A story not just of Olympic triumphs, but of struggle and depression and living with HIV.

He’s a survivor and an inspiration to us all.

So watch Greg tonight as he makes his debut as ‘dive master’ on the new ABC celebrity competition series Splash.
