Greg In Hollywood shares his top 12 tennis studs spotted at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells

Got back to LA in Sunday after spending six glorious days at the desert at the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells Tennis Garden. I’ve gone almost every year since the mid-1990s and somehow this was the best time ever.

Maybe I think that every year but 2026 was a gem!

While I’m a true tennis fan who takes in as many matches and practice matches as I can fit into each day, I’m also a gay man who thinks so many of the male players are truly beautiful!

And so, I offer up a top 10 of tennis eye candy for you starting with 24th-ranked American Tommy Paul (above) and the 21st ranked player Luciano Darderi of Italy. Both lost over the weekend but were around long enough for fans to swarm to several of their practice sessions.

Enjoy!

Spotted this dreamboat, Camilo Ugo Carabelli (above) practicing one day with fellow Argentinian Tomas Martin Etcheverry (below) and not only were the belting the ball beautifully in breathtaking rallies, they were pretty breathtaking themselves! I included two pics of Etcheverry because I’m just mad about him. Do you blame me?

Frenchman Arthur Fils (above) has dropped down to 32nd in the world after missing a huge chuck of last year with a back injury. But he’s back and looking eager and fit. Caught him kicking the soccer ball around before a practice session last week. Also sleeveless was British star Cameron Norrie, a past champion at Indian Wells who is always a threat. He’s been ranked as high s 8 in the world but is currently 29th.

Novak Djokovic (above) is the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) and still looking as fit as he ever has as he approaches the age of 39. He’s a five-time winner of this tournament, currently ranked third in the world and I watched him win a three-setter on Stadium Court 1 on Saturday. Also watched a few of his practices which draw legions of fans.

Defending champion Jack Draper (above) is back in action after an eight month injury layoff. The British star is quite a hunk, very articulate and thoughtful and has been greatly missed on tour.

Casper Ruud (above) is a new dad but has been very focused on his game at Indian Wells. I watched Casper win his second round match on Saturday and always root for hi unless he’s playing Carlos Alcaraz (below).

Aussie star Alex de Minaur, ranked 8th in the world, is always entertaining to watch either in practice or a match. He has deep drive and passion and is one of my favorites. I feel like he’s just a few big wins from cracking the top five and making it at least to the semifinals of a grand slam. He puts in the work and has a warrior mentaility.

Hungarian pro Márton Fucsovics (above) upset fifth seed Lorenzo Musetti (below) in the second round. Both men could be models.

Very nice selection. All are in my favorites list. I would add Marcos Giron, Alexander Vucic, Corentin Moutet, Quentyn Halys and Matteo Berretini. I’ve been to Indian Wells twice and it is a magical place with the mountains in the distance.
