Greg In Hollywood: The Week In Review

logo

What a week it has been. Greg In Hollywood reported exclusively that Damon Romine was leaving his post as director of media entertainment at GLAAD. Other highlights included a hilarious Laugh Out Loud event at Laugh Factory for Lifeworks Mentoring; Reflections from Dustin Lance Black and others on their earliest impressions of gay people on television; interviews with people connected to the upcoming MTV movie Pedro including director Nick Oceano, leading man Alex Loynaz, Real World creator Jon Murray and Pedro Zamora’s housemates on Real World: San Francisco Judd Winnick and Pam Ling. Also, the blog covered closely the storyline on the daytime soap As the World Turns where gay hero Luke Snyder was gay bashed; researched YouTube to find five of the best gay kisses from movies; provided an early preview of what Candy Spelling has to say about daughter Tori Spelling in her new book; and celebrated the birthdays of Elton John, Aretha Franklin, T.R. Knight and Diana Ross. And let’s not forget a sensational week of Morning Men with the most feedback coming in for Thursday’s man: Tuc Watkins.
