Grant Gustin of “Glee” on being the guy trying to break up Kurt and Blaine: “It pissed everybody off”

After it took them so long to fund their way to each other as a couple, Glee fans clearly want Kurt and Blaine to enjoy more of a honeymoon period together.
Actor Grant Gustin found that out pretty quickly when he was cast as scheming Sebastian, a Warbler with an aggressive eye on Blaine.
“[I got], literally, death threats on Twitter saying, ‘if you break up Klaine, I will find you and I will kill you,'” Gustin tells E! Online. “Glee fans are intense in the best way possibly, and I appreciate it more than anything, but there was definitely backlash.”
“It pissed everybody off,” he added. “I didn’t really know it was going to be this intense, mean character…major douchebag. And all these pictures started coming out of Darren Criss and Chris Colfer with my head shot in the middle, just set up to be the douch-iest!”
So how much more of Sebastian will we be seeing this season?
“Sebastian will be back after the Michael Jackson episode,” he reveals to us. “He’s got a fun little return coming up. … I would love to be around for as long as they’ll have me. I’m having the time of my life.”
