“Glee” star Dot-Marie Jones gets engaged to longtime girlfriend Bridgett Casteen at Disney Gay Days
It was like a fairy tale.
Dot-Marie Jones, who plays coach Beistie on Glee, proposed to her longtime girlfriend Biedgett Casteen in front of Sleeping Beauty’s Castle on Friday during Gay Days at Disneyland.
I wonder what Sue Sylvester would think of that!
The three-time Emmy nominee and Casteen met nearly three years ago.
“It’s the happiest day of my life. I never thought I’d find somebody that is so loving and kind,” the 49-year-old actress told The Advocate at the Anaheim event where she was a last-minute replacement for Tabatha Coffey.
She shared the news with fans during a Q&A session with Eddie Shapiro, the co-founder of the Anaheim Gay Days.

Greg…. It’s Coach Beiste, not Beistie.
