From Ellen DeGeneres to RuPaul to Sen. Feinstein, a round-up of reaction to today’s Prop. 8 court ruling

Everyone is buzzing about the 9th District Court of Appeals ruling today which found Proposition 8 to be unconstitutional. Here is a round-up of who is saying what:

Ellen DeGeneres: “Today we took another step towards equality. #Prop8 was found unconstitutional again. I couldn’t be happier”

RuPaul: ‘Prop 8, sashay away’

Margaret Cho: “I’m so excited that gay marriage is gonna happen in California. This is great!!!!!!!”

California Governor Jerry Brown: “The court has rendered a powerful affirmation of the right of same-sex couples to marry. I applaud the wisdom and courage of this decision.”

California Sen. Dianne Feinstein: “I look forward to the day when same-sex couples may once again marry in California and enjoy the rights and freedoms of all married couples.
