Friday Night Video: The Carrie Fisher “Good Morning America” interview you must see now
Okay, I might end up watching this more times than I watched the Patti LaBelle sweet potato pie guy’s.
Carrie Fisher guested on Good Morning America and she brought her dog Gary whose tongue is permanently hanging out of his mouth and matches Carrie’s sweater.
My favorite line is when Carrie is asked if she needed to be convinced to reprise her role as Princess Leia who is now General Leia.
‘No,’ she said. ‘I’m a female in Hollywood over the age of – let’s say 40 and then we could also say 50. We coul;d say it but not without real conviction or excitement. (They) don’t have to ask you if you want to work at that age.’
Also hysterical is her answer to when people call her Princess Leia in public.
