We buried our father. Amidst these extraordinary circumstances and dueling with a number of restrictions, a day I anticipated to be one of the worst of my life will forever be held in my heart as one of the most beautiful. Surreal, emotional, hysterical… and beautiful. I have never loved my siblings more. He deserved so much, and we gave him what we could. Laid to rest where he wanted to be, Mom bearing witness virtually. Rest easy sweet man. I really miss you.
