Filming of sequel to “Magic Mike” is underway
Not sure what the title Magic Mike XXL means but I certainly look forward to seeing the sequel to Magic Mike to find out!
The Hollywood Reporter has reported that the sequel is now in production.
Steven Soderbergh is not directing this time around (Gregory Jacobs is directing) but Soderbergh is plenty involved as director of photography, camera operator and film editor.
But one of the original stars, Matthew McConaughey, is not involved at all so we will have to console ourselves with the returns of Channing Tatum and Matt Bomer, among others.
